Where do you ship?
We ship only within the United States.
Is standard shipping free?
Yes. Standard shipping is free on every U.S. order.
How long does delivery take?
Processing normally takes 1–2 business days. Estimated carrier transit after dispatch is 4–6 business days.
Will I receive tracking?
Yes. A tracking number is provided after shipment using the contact information supplied at checkout.
Can I return or exchange an item without giving a reason?
Yes. You may request a no-reason return or exchange within 30 days after delivery.
Who pays return shipping?
The merchant pays return shipping for approved no-reason returns, exchanges, and quality-related returns and provides a prepaid label or equivalent free arrangement.
What cannot be returned?
Custom or personalized goods, clearance or final-sale goods, gift cards, and opened intimate, personal, or hygiene-sensitive goods are not returnable unless defective or applicable law requires otherwise.
When will my refund arrive?
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after receipt, inspection, and approval. Your bank may need additional posting time.
Can I cancel an order?
You may cancel before shipment. After shipment, the Refund Policy applies.
